Biography
Dr. Teimouri received his BSc, MSc and PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Tehran in 2007, 2009 and 2013. He is an associate professor in the Department of Data Science and Technology and heads the Information Theory and Coding Laboratory.
His research spans information theory, channel coding and statistical signal processing, with particular emphasis on machine learning and AI for communication systems. Recent work focuses on blind and semi-blind communication systems, protocol reverse engineering, encrypted-traffic analysis, data-driven network intelligence and signal representation learning.
